We just use the led module without frames/cabinets to build up the led screen, the single led module size is 250mm(W) x1000mm(H) or 250mm(W) x1200mm(H), the maximum screen height we suggested is 2.4m, but there is no limitation about the screen width, any screen width is OK. There is one situation, if the screen height exceeds 2.4m, we will equip with the joint bar which should be installed at the joint place every 2.4m height.
Yes, you can. Our led screen can be glued onto the outer side of the glass or glued onto the inner side of the glass, so pls kindly advise which way you would like to go with.
Our product is with high brightness so it can be used for outdoor, but should avoid the water or rain, not really an outdoor product.
The keel-less module design means that we just use the led module without frames and bars to build up the led screen, there is no visible frame and bars for our transparent led screen, so it can achieve the real and complete transparency, no obstruction for the line of sight, we can send you some picture for better understanding if it’s still not clear.
For our product, each pixel is driven by each IC, we are using 65536pcs IC for 1sqm of our M3, you know there are 65536 pixels for 1sqm of our M3, so these 65536 pixels are driven by these 65536pcs IC one by one, it can achieve very high refresh rate and grey scale, so the images on the screen looks much more sharp, fluent, vivid and attractive. In addition, if one pixel dead, it will not affect the other pixels’s working under this technology. For other brands, mostly they are using the scanning driving way like 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, etc, that means 1pcs IC will drive 4 pixels, 8 pixels or 16 pixels, the refresh rate and grey scale can not be promised, our product is real 16bit grey scale but the other brands are exaggerating it a lot.
Yes, no problem.
Much more than 3840Hz, for our led screen, each pixel is driven by each IC, there are 65536pcs IC used for each sqm if P3.91mm pitch, so the screen’s grey scale and refresh rate is much high.
Considering maintenance is impossible in a single pixel level I guess the whole element/panel must be changed if too many pixel start breaking. It’s transparent and patented glue, and yes the led module can be removed easily and the glue can be used repeatly. The maintenance is easier than the traditional led screen, you just use a soldering iron to change the defective led will be ok, we can send you the working instruction for maintenance if it’s needed.
I mean it this is installed against a window facing out to the street we will have +30°C in the summer plus the sun shines directly against the window. In the winter we -30°C outside and the window inner surface will also be very very cold. We have already made the testing for our screen when it’s working at +100°C and -30°C, the light board of our screen can still work well, and the screen can be installed on the outer side of the window or the inner side of the window, it can be decided based on the requirements.
Already done, and the answer is yes.
No transparent plastic but the other color like white color can be customized.
